Our Story

Groove Monkey Trio is a family band that explores deep grooves in an instrumental trio format. It all started with Chaim, aka The Dad-man bangin on drums and also having some kids with his lovely wife Rachelle. The kids, Elijah and Nate, turned out to be groovy dudes that were also super musically inclined and together, they figured out how to play groovy music for the people of the universe. With Nate holdin down the low end, Elijah getting down with his unique fusion of jazz, funk, and other styles, and Chaim layin down some deep global-groove inspired riddims, Groove Monkey is sure to get the audience  having a good ol time!
